Phil Roberts enjoying local shwarma at the Blue Souk, which is Sharjah's traditional souk. This shwarma is made of chicken wrapped around a spit and roasted for hours. The shwarma here is as good as anywhere in the Middle East. I took a photo of this shy Shwarma "chef" and then he took a photo of us, neither of us speaking each other's language.
